The membership plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no services or discounts have been used.
Home care products include the manufacturer’s shipping, return, and warranty policies (e.g. electric toothbrush). Details are included with the product.
Our membership plan does not cover the following procedures completed at our practice: Endodontics treatment such as root canal therapy (CDT Codes D3000-D3999)
The membership plan runs for 12 months and includes an auto-renewal feature. You can opt out of the auto-renewal at any time from the Member Portal. You will receive an email reminder 45 days prior to the renewal date.
